Search “NSE share price unlisted” and you mean National Stock Exchange of India Limited — the company that runs India’s largest exchange. Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India (MSEI) is a different, usually much smaller, unlisted name. Mixing the two is an expensive mistake.

NSE India Limited

NSE dominates cash equities and equity derivatives, plus clearing, the Nifty franchise and market data. It is the highest-trust name in the Indian unlisted book and typically a large ticket. Live ask, lot and ISIN are on the NSE unlisted share price page (ISIN INE721I01024).

MSEI

MSEI is Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India. It is also unlisted exchange equity, but it is not NSE. Confirm the page, the legal name and the ISIN before you WhatsApp a quantity. The MSEI money page is a separate listing.

Not the Nifty, not a cash-market ticker

Neither name is the Nifty 50 index. Neither trades on the NSE or BSE cash market today. Off-market demat credit is how both settle.
